An app earns a minute each minute someone has it open and is touching, clicking or typing. Leaving it open in a tab earns nothing.

One person, one voice

Each person counts up to 4 hours a day and 10 hours a week per app. Many people using an app beats one person using it all day.

Once $REAL is live, only wallets that hold $REAL count. Each week's pool is paid in SOL to the wallet each dev set when they submitted.
